However, in unavoidable circumstances where a member cannot attend, the team must instead proceed with the final events with the remaining members with the approval of the committee.
The announcement of the case study, as well as the mentoring and work of white papers and pitch decks, will be conducted online within the predetermined time frame. Only the final presentation will be held offline in Yogyakarta. Individual participants will be merged into a team with several considerations:
Teams will be announced at the semi-finals announcement stage, on 8th of July 2024. The white paper will be conducted at the semi-finals stage in the team.
